Bloody hellfire... The whole GALAXY's gone mad by the sound of it... Admiral...this cant be right. Something is wrong here, and it might just be the fact that, after all thats come before, there really is going to be a war... God... ****************************

Why is the whole Federation always blamed for the actions of the lone or the few? No one yet knows the truth about what happened, and I will not cast sides until I know it.
Oh, and I think a number of people will be angry with you for using the 'word' 'Caldarian'. Its actually Caldari, a fact I know from attending this summet and having a number of friends who are Caldari. You insult your own people as much as you do us. ****************************

Originally by: Malcentis Tal Bah, pick on somantics all you want. The fact is a Federation Admiral attacked a Caldari station in Caldari space.
Your, "some of my best friends are Caldari" statement means nothing when YOUR fleet attacks us. Next you will be telling us the complete rubbish that it was a clone, or that the Caldari State set it up or that Heth was behind it.
If you had at least two brain cells to rub together, you might read some of the other posts around the summet, where more intellectually minded pilots are actually thinking about the disaster and discerne what happened, rather than plunge the Galaxy into a war it does not need.
Besides, its hardly MY fleet. Im one Captain within a Corp. I quit the Navy a fair while ago. And blaming the actions of one, possibly insane or betrayed man, on the whole Federation is thoughtless. It is the easiest conclusion, so you jump to it.
The Federation and, this is the most important part, its people, have absolutely nothing to gain from a war. For pity sake, who wants a war? Except the bloodthirsty deaht mongers that bray for it now. The people of the Federation do not want mindless violence on a galactic scale. I dare say that there are Gallante pilots here who are as blinded by hate as others, and its more than possible that corrupted politicians, on many sides perhaps, would have reason to start a war, to serve their own greedy ends.
But you cannot instantly say with any measure of certainty, except that taken from blind hate and prejudice, that it is the fault of the Gallante people. Not if you have two brain cells, that is... ****************************

Tripe. No one benefits from a war. People die, people suffer, destruction comes about and construction falls by the wayside... ****************************
